Poem: Blood Tears

Heartbreak for the breakthrough.

Something He saw, something He knew,

Pain He repaired,

With agape He cared.

My eyes are a lamp, tears shed with blood.

I now seek the five crowns, eyes anointed by mud.

A bearer of light, a bringer of truth,

All to Christ I owe, this is forsooth.

The white stone,

His death did atone.

Healed with a prayer, healed with laid hands.

Great is His mercy, and greater His plans.

Too focused on ezer, divided in heart,

My efforts wasted when I lose sight of what’s bought.

Though given a vow, it was too quickly dismissed,

Now eros is dead, but His grace I have kissed.
